Shipping
How do you ship?
A. All orders are shipped via USPS or USPS International First Class Mail. Priority and Express options are available for domestic orders. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us, and we’ll provide a quote for your preferred carrier.
A copy of your order and receipt is auto-emailed at the time of purchase. A packing list is also included with your order to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
How long will my order take?
A. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
Do you ship internationally?
A. No
What if my tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
A. Occasionally, USPS marks a package as delivered prematurely. If this happens, wait 1-2 days as the package often shows up shortly after. If it remains missing, please contact us with your order number for assistance.
Returns / Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 15 days of the order ship date. We also ask that all original papers, dust bag, box, keys, etc. are included with the return. Please note that your order is eligible for a return only if all of these conditions are met.
How do I return an item?
Please ship your item using either UPS or FedEx with adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item. We do not recommend using United States Postal Service. You can use the attached return address label printed on this invoice (note that postage is required). Email us for return address at: veronica@tazzystreasures.com.
Once your return has been received, we ask that you allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be issued a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method (refund will not include any original shipping charges). An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed.

A. To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
- Remove before showering, swimming, or bathing.
- Store in a dry, cool place.
- Use a polishing cloth to clean sterling silver or gold-washed pieces.
Giving Back
How does Tazzy’s Treasures support animal rescue?
A. We donate 5% of all proceeds to no-kill shelters and animal rescue organizations. Your purchase directly contributes to helping animals in need.
